Delete your account
Deleting an account removes its planner, notes, uploaded course files, saved planner history, and account sign-in from the active service. AI cost and token records, including unsettled requests, are retained after their account and document references are removed. Encrypted operational backups may retain deleted data for up to 30 days; copies you downloaded are not removed.
This action cannot be undone. Export or save anything you want to keep before continuing.
Sign in to delete your account
After signing in, open Preferences → Supabase cloud → Delete account and cloud data. Type DELETE and choose “Permanently delete account.”
If you cannot sign in, submit a deletion request by emailing [email protected] from the email address associated with your account.
